Reporting Copyright Infringement
dwello Home Group ("dwello") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that any content or material made available in connection with our website or services infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the content or material be removed, or access to it blocked. Notices must be sent in writing by email to: copyright@dwellohomes.net.
What Your Notice Must Include
The DMCA requires that your notice of alleged copyright infringement include the following information: (1) description of the copyrighted work that is the subject of claimed infringement; (2) description of the alleged infringing content and information sufficient to permit us to locate the content; (3) contact information for you, including your address, telephone number and email address; (4) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or by the operation of any law; (5) a statement by you, signed under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you have the authority to enforce the copyrights that are claimed to be infringed; and (6) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. Failure to include all of the above information may result in the delay of the processing of your complaint.

Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification to the designated agent above. To be effective, your counter-notification must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which dwello may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in not less than ten (10) nor more than fourteen (14) business days after receipt, unless the person who submitted the original notice first notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, dwello will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Listing and MLS Content
Much of the property and listing content on the Site is licensed from the multiple listing service (Midwest Real Estate Data, distributed via MLS GRID) and is owned by the MLS and the listing brokers. Where a notice concerns MLS-sourced content, we forward it to MLS GRID as required by our license, in addition to acting on it under this policy.
