1.09 ac portion of existing self storage facility currently operating at the Cubby Hole Storage. Existing property is entirely fenced complete with a security gate entry located on US Rt 6. A portion of the existing Parcel will be dedicated to a new public roadway entering off of US Rt 6 and require the relocation of the entry gate to the proposed internal roadway. The existing 4800 sf wood and metal pole building will remain on site and may be used or redeveloped for retail, restaurant, or storage operation. 2 of the existing self storage buildings lying easterly of the 4800 sf building will be demolished prior to closing to accommodate the new roadway, and utilities for the subdivision of the surrounding properties.
